What you will do - Partner with clients to define position requirements, success profiles, and evaluation criteria.

- Source and identify high-quality candidates through job boards, databases, social networks, and referrals.
- Conduct phone screens and structured preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Present qualified shortlists to clients with concise candidate summaries and recommendations.
- Manage candidate experience from first contact through job offer and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities in our CRM and ATS.
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine workflows, improve outreach strategies, and optimize client satisfaction. About you - 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing (agency or corporate).




- Proven ability to build trust and rapport with both clients and candidates.
- Strong communication and interviewing skills with a natural curiosity for understanding people and roles.
- Experience with sourcing and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Workwolf, or other ATS platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging with diverse candidates.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in Google Workspace and CRM systems.
- Collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and passion for helping others succeed.

Interview

- Interview with the Recruiting Manager.
- Interview with the CEO over Teams.
