Qontigo combines the most sophisticated risk analytics and portfolio-construction tools in the market with globally recognized leadership in creating market-defining indices.About the roleWe are building a new Talent Acquisition function here at Qontigo and seeking a Sourcer to join our team reporting directly into the Head of TA.
This position will support our talent recruitment efforts both locally and globally.Responsibilities:
- In close partnership with key stakeholders and hiring managers, drive the execution of the sourcing strategies for all assigned requisitions.
- Effectively source and interact with passive and active talent through social channels, job boards, ATS system, referrals and other channels to build talent pipelines.
- Identify best recruitment practices through sourcing, marketing, and referral generation.
- Identify search and marketing approaches to attract top talent.
- Suggest and implement creative solutions for hard-to-fill roles.
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs- Provide updates and regular reporting on recruiting and HR activities.Qualifications:
- Multiple years of talent acquisition sourcing experience is required. Prior experience in technical recruiting within Technology, Engineering and/or Financial Industries is preferred.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Experience working in-house recruiting or agency setting.
- Expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter and well versed with ATS usage (iCIMS experience is a plus)- Skilled with modern sourcing and selection techniques, experience with sourcing effectively without an established brand and working in an international environment is a plus.
- Results-driven, pro-active and collaborative team player.
- Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize your work by impact.
- The ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines is essential.Compensation:
