Nutrient is seeking a customer-obsessed, AI-forward engineer to be the first dedicated support hire for Nutrient Workflow. You will own first-line support, reproduce issues, debug production instances, and provide fast, clear resolutions to customers and partners.

You will collaborate with the Workflow engineering team, building AI-powered automations and tooling to speed triage and replies, while maintaining strong customer communication across calls and written channels.
