The Veeva Vault Jr Developer will be responsible for the system lifecycle management, Operational

Excellence, performing the standard operational tasks to keep the system compliant.

Tasks

Enhancements/configuration changes to software

Coordinating and scheduling backup/recovery & Performing Disaster Recovery Testing

Service Level Agreement monitoring,

Access & identity monitoring

Coordinating (but not performing) server and database patches

Audit trail monitoring

Coordinating software management Interfacing

Coordinate with multiple areas of business and IT (Functional Areas & Infrastructure)

Collecting & Processing Demands from Business Users

Performing Incident & Problem Management

Performing Change Management

Working with IT Infrastructure to remediate replace migrate or decommission legacy systems or infrastructure items

Decommissioning (Retiring) systems Coordinating System Archiving

Compliance documentation

Requirements





+2 years performing enhancements/configuration changes to software

Good General understanding of assigned applications and support service tasks

Understanding and experience working with Hardware, software, networking and databases

Proven work experience in an IT technical support or similar role

Experience working in a multicultural diverse environment

Ability to present information effectively

Demonstrates understanding and experience with Infrastructure areas such as databases, servers,

cloud systems, networking etc.

Advanced/ Fluent English level

Desirable

Demonstrates understanding of Operational Excellence based on ITIL v3.0 or higher

Experience working in a regulated environment
