Operating globally, our 6000 specialists provide a full spectrum of services, including business and tech advisory, enterprise solutions, CX, UX and Ul design, managed services, product development, and software development.This is the jobThis is you- 4 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in software development projects- University degree with a mathematical background or postgraduate degree in Systems Analysis- Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis- Knowledge of Essential Analysis and/or Object-Oriented Analysis & Design- Experience with RPA technologies such as Automation Anywhere and SAP Build Process Automation- Experience preparing functional and non-functional requirements documentation- Ability to model and document business processes for automation initiatives- Experience working in Scrum environments- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders- English level - intermediate or higher Nice-to-have skills- Scrum Master certification- Experience with BPMN process modeling- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar requirements management tools- Experience working with companies in the energy, finance, or industrial sectors- Understanding of RPA delivery lifecycle and best practices This is your role- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements- Prepare functional and non-functional requirements specifications- Design and document logical flows for business process automation- Prepare Process Design Documents (PDD) and related project documentation- Participate in validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with end users- Document meeting outcomes, decisions, and project-related information- Work closely with developers to ensure business requirements are clearly translated into technical specifications- Support automation initiatives throughout the project lifecycle
