Role:Front-End Developer

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long Term

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% Remote - Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM countries

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Developer to design, build, and maintain modern, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. The adecuado candidate has strong expertise in React, modern web technologies, software engineering best practices, and experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Required Technical Skills

Front-End Development

- Strong experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
- Experience building reusable UI components and shared component libraries.
- Strong understanding of browser compatibility and cross-platform development.
- Experience optimizing web applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability.

User Interface Development

- Ability to translate design mockups into high-quality user interfaces.
- Experience working closely with UX and UI designers.
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based architecture.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.

API Integration

- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
- Ability to troubleshoot front-end and back-end integration issues.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization patterns.

Testing and Quality

- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
- Experience conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards.




- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Development Practices

- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Familiarity with Git, pull requests, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices.

AI-Assisted Development Skills

Large Language Models

- Hands-on experience using one or more of the following:
- Claude
- Gemini
- Microsoft Copilot
- Other enterprise-approved AI coding assistants

AI-Driven Development

- Experience using AI tools for:
- Code generation
- Refactoring
- Unit test creation
- Documentation generation
- Debugging and troubleshooting
- Code reviews

Kiro Experience

- Experience using the Kiro development platform/tool.
- Ability to leverage Kiro to improve development efficiency and software delivery.

Prompt Engineering

- Ability to create effective prompts for development tasks.
- Experience validating AI-generated code for quality, security, and maintainability.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Next.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture.
- Experience with web analytics and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of security best practices for web applications.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
