At the same time, talented consultants can end up being treated like interchangeable resources instead of experienced professionals with careers, families, and lives outside of a project.

foundryHCM is a specialized HCM and HR technology consulting firm built around experienced people, practical delivery, strong relationships, and doing right by both our clients and our team.
For our clients, that means bringing in experienced consultants who can get close to the problem, understand how the business actually works,



and help solve the issues standing in the way of a successful HR technology program.

Our work may include implementation, integration, remediation, optimization, application support, transformation, and complex program delivery across SAP SuccessFactors and the broader HCM ecosystem.

For our consultants, it means creating an environment where people are respected, communicated with honestly, compensated fairly, and supported throughout an engagement.
