a1qa is a software testing company of about 1,000 people, part of a group that also delivers software development. We're rebuilding lead generation from scratch — not as a large department, but as a small team of strong individual contributors who let AI do the routine.
This is a hands-on role. You own the path from the first touch to a sales-qualified lead; our sales team takes it from there. Your result is measured in SQLs and the estimated revenue in the deals they create.
What you'll do
Run outbound on LinkedIn and email — and calls, where they work — into our priority markets: the US, Spain, Mexico and Argentina
Build and qualify prospect lists against the ICP and industries we set
Launch and automate sequences with the stack we provide: HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach and Claude
Keep long-cycle accounts warm — our deals take anywhere from two months to a year
Report in numbers every week: contacts by stage, connection and reply rates, meetings, SQLs
Work with marketing on materials, with pre-sales and delivery on expertise, and with sales on the handover
What we're looking for
Hands-on experience in B2B outbound lead generation — if your title was SDR, BDR or BDM, apply
Know your numbers by channel — connection and reply rates on LinkedIn and email — and tell leads, meetings and SQLs apart
Using AI beyond chat: automations, agents and connected workflows — not just writing and translating
Working experience with a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and at least one outreach automation tool
Spanish, native or fluent — a large share of the work is in Spanish
English at B2 or above — it's the working language of the team
You're comfortable owning a number and working independently
