Job Description

• We are looking for experienced personnel for the position of Sales Managers for our Bangalore branches who can increase business development activities of the given Area/Branch through new business acquisition. Will be responsible for all activities of the assigned area.
• Manage and coordinate the transportation of goods and materials.
• Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures, as well as manage transportation budgets and expenses.
• Formulate marketing and sales strategies, promote new plans for business generation, and increase the company’s market share.
• Acquire new customers through B2B and B2C channels and focus on customer retention.
• Monitor, maintain,



and manage a strong sales team.
• Meet sales growth targets for the assigned area and ensure team performance.
• Conduct business planning and analysis to assess revenue potential in business opportunities.
• Interact with corporate clients and retain customers while ensuring outstanding receivables are collected as per company policy.
• Achieve growth and meet sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, penetrating new markets, and optimizing revenue.
• Must have strong experience in FTL/Part Load business.
• Must have own conveyance.
