Pantera is hiring an Accounting Junior or Associate to support the management companies. The idóneo candidate will have experience with the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable processing, compiling and reviewing financial information, preparing financial paperwork, and maintaining records. This role will also assist with general administrative tasks. This role requires presence at least three days a week in our San Juan office.

Responsibilities
- Review, process, and record vendor invoices,



employee expense reports, and other accounting transactions accurately and timely
- Assist with monthly close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting support
- Perform bank, cash, prepaid, and balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities and systems
- Track outstanding payables, payment support, and cash activity
- Work with large data sets and assist with consolidating accounting data across multiple systems and reports
- Maintain and understand general ledgers for management companies and related entities
- Assist with quarterly financial reporting, reconciliations, and other accounting functions
- Research and help resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciliation differences with guidance from the management team members
- Support annual audits, tax return preparation, and informative returns
- Assist with ad hoc accounting and operat
