Gleky is looking for a highly driven Growth & Business Development Associate to help us build and execute our growth engine.
This is not a role for someone who wants to only plan campaigns, analyze dashboards, or wait for leads to come in. We’re looking for someone who executes.
Someone who enjoys prospecting, experimenting with new channels, creating content, starting conversations, and turning those conversations into qualified meetings and new business opportunities.
You’ll work directly with the founders and have significant ownership over how Gleky finds and converts new clients.

What You'll Do• Own daily outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
• Identify and engage potential clients within our target markets.
• Build highly targeted prospect lists and continuously improve our ICP.
• Write, test, and optimize outreach sequences, messages, and campaigns.
• Generate qualified meetings and business opportunities for Gleky.




• Create and publish consistent content to grow Gleky's visibility and generate conversations.
• Experiment with new acquisition channels, tools, messaging, and growth strategies.
• Research companies, hiring signals, market trends, and potential opportunities.
• Track outreach performance, response rates, meetings booked, pipeline generated, and conversions.
• Use data to quickly identify what works, kill what doesn't, and double down on winning strategies.
• Help build repeatable growth systems that can scale with the company.
