Your key responsibilities
Capturing and maintaining opportunities, projects in the dedicated system;
Support with the technical implementation in the respective tools;
Support in pricing, budgeting and forecasting;
Regular proactive analysis, discussion, evaluation with Engagement Teams around services and projects provided for the clients
Preparation of complex settlements;
Carry out Billing activities such as creation of invoices and handling shipping;
Creation of interfirm statements;
Engagement Management Support for system-related topics of engagement management:
Support in the system-side initiation of the PACE & AML process
Keeping Client Information up to date in dedicated CRM Database
Provide process related analysis on ongoing projects (reporting);
You will be in close cooperation with stakeholders to handle ad-hoc business requirements;
Encouraging knowledge sharing and sharing best practices;

You are detail oriented and eager to analyze and solve complex process cases.
You have exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality is one of your strong side.
To qualify for the role, you must have
3-5 years of related experience
You are fluent in German language (written and oral)
You have a good English knowledge (written and oral)
You possess a good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
Excellent communications and organizational skills
