This is a deeply technical creative role focused on AI-generated video production, with end-to-end ownership from concept and prompting through editing, compositing and final delivery.Position: AI Video ProducerLocation: Worldwide (except Canada) (CET overlap not required), RemoteEmployment type: Full-time freelancer initially, potential transition to full-time B2BDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Own end-to-end AI video production from concept and prompting through editing, compositing and final deliveryCreate AI-generated video content using current generative AI video toolsDevelop and refine prompts to achieve consistent visual styles, characters and sequencesEdit and assemble generated content using Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent toolsComposite and polish video sequences to final delivery qualityTest, refine and improve AI workflows through continuous experimentationWork independently on creative execution and technical production decisionsMaintain character and style consistency across sequencesShare workflow learnings and improvements with the wider R&D; teamWork with feedback and iterate on creative output.REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 4 years of experience in video production,
