We are looking for highly skilled
coding problem solvers
to contribute to an AI training project focused on algorithmic reasoning, debugging, technical problem-solving, and reproducible software solutions.
The role involves solving self-contained coding and technical challenges, working with unfamiliar codebases or terminal environments, selecting efficient algorithms, debugging issues, and creating solutions that can be tested and automatically verified.
You will also review AI-generated solutions, identify logic errors and constraint violations, and explain your reasoning and implementation decisions clearly.

Strong knowledge of
algorithms, data structures, complexity, edge cases, debugging, and software testing
is essential.
Proficiency in
Python or C++
is required. Experience with Java, Rust, Go, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript is also relevant.
A verifiable
Codeforces profile
or similar competitive programming experience is a plus.
IMPORTANT:

Strong English communication skills are required.
