Fullstack is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to partner with project and clinical leads, ensuring delivery of study objectives in line with contract, SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
You will oversee the Centralized Monitoring team, manage resources, monitor study metrics, and mentor junior staff, ensuring audit-ready documentation.
This is a remote, full-time role across LATAM, requiring strong English proficiency and 3+ years in monitoring with 2+ years in a lead role.
