Parexel is seeking a Integral Study Manager II to provide operational leadership across the study lifecycle in a multi-country setting (Argentina, Brazil, or Mexico).
You will oversee study management, site management, and vendor deliverables, driving strategy and risk mitigation.
You will partner with cross-functional teams, CROs and pCROs to ensure on-time delivery, budget alignment, and inspection readiness, while mentoring SOMs and GSMs.
