This is a hands-on execution role focused on driving traffic, engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance across paid and organic channels. What You’ll DoGoogle Ads & Paid Search (Primary Focus)Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Remarketing Conduct keyword research and campaign structuring Write and test high-converting ad copy Optimize CPC, CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROASManage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting Identify and execute campaign performance improvements Social Media Management & Engagement Manage engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and Linked InRespond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions Support content scheduling, captions, and post optimization Monitor engagement metrics and audience growthSEO & Organic Growth Conduct keyword research using SEMrush or similar SEO tools Optimize metadata, content, headings, and internal linking Support technical SEO improvements and on-page optimization Track rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance Identify content opportunities and keyword gaps Reporting & Analytics Track campaign performance across paid, social,



and organic channels Analyze performance data using Google Analytics 4Prepare reports with insights, recommendations, and optimization plans Maintain organized documentation of campaign updates and performance changes Requirements3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns3+ years of social media management and engagement experience Proven SEO experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools Strong understanding of PPC metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions, and ROASExperience with Google Analytics 4Strong written communication and copywriting skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Nice to Have Experience managing multiple client accounts Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B marketing Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization Familiarity with content marketing workflows and marketing automation tools What a Typical Day Looks Like Review campaign dashboards and marketing metrics Optimize Google Ads campaigns and ad creatives Respond to social media engagement and monitor audience activity Update SEO content and keyword strategies Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement Prepare reports and recommendations for ongoing optimization In short: you’ll continuously improve traffic, engagement, conversions, and marketing performance across multiple digital channels.
