hireworks is seeking a Creative Project Manager for our Paid Social team. You will own the Airtable board, track progress, gather stakeholder feedback, and ensure deadlines are met while coordinating with external vendors. You will liaise between the Paid Social Creative Team and Growth, Clinical, and Legal teams, manage outside partners such as Meta and Tik Tok, and help implement edits to creative assets.

Proactive communication and strong organizational skills are essential.
