Executive Finance Manager

JL Closets, South Florida’s leader in high-end custom storage solutions, is looking for an Executive Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and lead our remote finance team based in Argentina.
This isn’t your typical back-office role—you’ll be a key part of our leadership structure, helping us scale efficiently, strengthen internal financial systems, and provide financial insights that support strategic growth. What You’ll Do
• Take ownership of daily financial operations—ensuring everything is accurate, timely, and compliant
• Manage payroll, bank and credit card reconciliations, and overall bookkeeping
• Lead and mentor two bookkeepers in Argentina, setting clear expectations and reviewing deliverables
• Prepare monthly financial reports with actionable insights for leadership
• Track budgets, cash flow,



and financial performance to support smarter business decisions
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper accounting procedures and financial controls
• Partner with external accountants on tax filings, audits, and year-end processes
• Identify and implement improvements in financial workflows, systems, and team processes
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to leadership to support business growth and operational decisions

What You Bring
• 15+ years of finance or accounting experience, with a strong track record in leadership
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting tools
• Strong expertise in financial operations, accounting, reconciliations, payroll, bookkeeping, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and financial compliance
• Experience managing remote teams and working independently
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
