We are a fast-growing commercial and residential cleaning company operating nationwide across the US. As we scale to 400+ employees, we're building a People Operations team that puts our field professionals first and that starts with keeping every location staffed with great people, fast.

About The Role

The Recruiter owns full-cycle hiring for our cleaning professionals across multiple states. You'll spend most of your day on the phone — sourcing, screening, and moving candidates to offer quickly. You'll report to the Head of People Operations.

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and hire cleaning professionals — same-day hires and fast turnaround are the norm
• Make dozens of candidate calls per day and keep candidates warm through offer and day one
• Post and refresh job ads across boards and social channels; work referrals




• Keep the ATS current and accurate for every candidate
• Coordinate background checks and pre-hire steps with the HR team
• Maintain a bench of pre-screened candidates by market for upcoming launches

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally high-volume hourly hiring Bilingual (English & Spanish) required Warm, persistent phone presence — you'll be on calls most of the day Strong organization — you'll be tracking many candidates across multiple stages Comfortable with an ATS and basic digital tools
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment and ambiguity Cleaning, facilities, or hospitality industry experience is a plus
