Reboot Monkey is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center with remote capabilities. You will act as the primary technical contact for client accounts, manage the full lifecycle, and translate requirements into actionable work orders while coordinating with hardware teams.
Responsibilities include ownership of tickets in Jira/ServiceNow/Zendesk, overseeing datacenter hardware deployment, cabling, power and cooling, and maintaining dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders.
