Key Responsibilities
Transaction Execution Support — Work on M&A; transactions, precedent deals, private placements, and fundraising initiatives by preparing financial analyses, transaction summaries, and supporting documentation such as trading comparable multiples.
Sell-Side Pitch Creation — Develop sell-side pitch materials to support client mandates, highlighting strategic opportunities and value propositions to potential investors and buyers.
Pitchbook and Presentation Preparation — Prepare slides and assist senior team members in preparing high-quality presentation materials for client meetings, ensuring alignment with client objectives and strategic dialogue.
Industry and Market Research — Conduct in-depth industry, market, and product research to monitor current events, valuation trends, key financial metrics, and competitive landscapes, providing actionable insights to clients and senior bankers.
Transaction Execution — Gather financial data, perform detailed analyses, and support the seamless execution of transactions such as M&A; deals, IPOs, private equity settlements, and other advisory services.
Business Development Support — Assist senior bankers in business development activities by preparing background materials and identifying potential opportunities for client engagement and pipeline growth.




Project and Team Support — Assist in project coordination by facilitating communication between clients, advisory teams, and internal stakeholders.
Support senior bankers in managing timelines, deliverables, and ensuring high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting or corporate development.
Previous exposure to M&A; transactions or relevant internship experience is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong financial modeling skills in Excel.
Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating client-facing materials.
Familiarity with financial databases and research tools (e.g., Capital IQ, PitchBook) is a plus.
Language Skills
Fluent/advanced English required (written and verbal), given regular interaction with international clients and teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective project and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong client service orientation and teamwork mindset.
Certifications
CFA Level I candidate or higher (preferred but not required).
