We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff – Cleaning Operations to lead and optimize our cleaning services division. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance cleaning operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Lead and manage multiple teams, fostering a high-performance environment through effective team development and leadership.
- Oversee profit & loss management, conducting detailed financial analysis to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Drive process improvements using lean management principles to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve service quality.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of cleaning initiatives.
- Utilize Excel data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and support data-driven decision making.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent managerial communication and customer service practices.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for growth within the cleaning sector.
- Implement operational management strategies that enhance workflow efficiency while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
- Supervise staff performance, conduct evaluations, and promote team development initiatives to build leadership capacity within the organization.

Experience





- Proven management experience in cleaning operations or facilities management with a focus on operational oversight.
- Demonstrated success in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and strategic planning at an executive level.
- Extensive experience in project management, process improvement methodologies such as lean management, and business development initiatives.
- Strong background in team management, supervision, and leadership with excellent communication skills tailored for managerial contexts.
- Skilled in Excel data analysis for tracking KPIs, operational metrics, and supporting data-driven decision making.
- Familiarity with customer service excellence standards within service-oriented industries.
- Prior experience managing large teams across multiple locations or departments with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Pay: $2,317,500.00 - $2,626,500.00 per hour

Experience:
- Operations, executive assistance, or business administration: 2 years (Required)
- Invoicing or accounts receivable: 1 year (Preferred)
