Role Description The Communications Specialist role at Talent Ferry1 is a part-time, remote position focused on planning, creating, and delivering clear and consistent messaging across internal and external channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and editing written content such as press releases, announcements, newsletters, and updates for various audiences.

The role involves supporting strategic communications initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand voice, and maintaining communication calendars.
