Full-Time Independent Contractor Engagement

SourceOne Integral is looking for a hands-on Finance Controller to lead our accounting function and give leadership a clear view of cash flow and financial performance. You’ll work with an international team supporting a product-based business with inventory and manufacturing operations.

What you’ll own

- Monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting under U.S. GAAP
- Cash flow monitoring, forecasting, payables, receivables, and financial controls
- Inventory costing, landed costs, and cost of goods sold
- Fixed asset accounting, including molds and tooling
- NetSuite accounting workflows and management reporting
- Coordination with internal teams and external advisers on banking, tax, and audit matters

What we’re looking for

- An active CPA credential and strong U.S. GAAP knowledge
- Hands-on NetSuite proficiency




- Controller or senior accounting experience in a product-based or manufacturing business
- Strong English communication and the ability to work independently
- Full-time availability with overlap across U.S. and Philippines time zones
