Visa’s Internship Program provides an immersive, 12-month journey where you’ll work on impactful projects that drive Visa’s mission forward. Global Products & Solutions Overview
As an Intern in Visa's Products team, you will contribute to initiatives that shape the future of digital commerce and emerging payment experiences. Your primary focus will be supporting the development of Visa's Agentic Commerce strategy in the Southern Cone (SOCO), exploring how AI-powered agents can transform the way consumers discover, select, and purchase products and services.
You will gain experience analyzing the evolving digital commerce ecosystem and supporting projects across areas such as Agentic Commerce, Digital Wallets, Tokenization, Click to Pay, and authentication solutions.
This work will involve conducting research, analyzing data, assessing ecosystems, and identifying innovative use cases to accelerate adoption among issuers, merchants, fintechs, and technology partners.
Throughout the internship, you will collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to generate insights, business recommendations, and strategic initiatives that position Visa at the forefront of digital commerce innovation. You will contribute to the design of scalable solutions that combine security, convenience, and advanced technology to enable next-generation payment experiences.
All Visa roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Some job duties and projects could include, but are not limited to:
- Agentic Commerce Strategy Development: Support the development of Visa's Agentic Commerce strategy across SOCO through ecosystem assessments, identification of priority use cases, and evaluation of market readiness among key stakeholders
- Market Research and Data Analysis: Conduct research and analyze industry trends in AI-powered commerce, Digital Wallets, Tokenization, digital identity, and emerging payment solutions to inform strategy recommendations
- Product Innovation and Business Case Development: Assist in creating value propositions, business cases, go-to-market strategies, and executive-ready presentations for innovative payment solutions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Innovation, and regional partners to advance strategic initiatives and product adoption
- Project Management and Reporting: Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables for multiple workstreams, ensuring timely progress
- Executive Presentations and Strategic Insights:
Prepare reports, dashboards, and strategic materials to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Digital Product Enablement: Support initiatives related to Digital Wallets, Tokenization, Click to Pay, and authentication to strengthen market adoption across SOCO

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between November 2027 and March 2028
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices
- Understanding of business analytics methods and tools
- Data analysis capabilities and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools
- Written and verbal proficiency in English
- Demonstrated interest in digital payments, fintech, artificial intelligence, ecommerce, or emerging technologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to convert insights into actionable recommendations

INTERN ONLY: Work Authorization: Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position. Future sponsorship will not be considered.
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
This is a hybrid position. The role is based out of the Buenos Aires office. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
