MRM is a Digital Marketing and Advertising leading multinational company.

At MRM BA a Project Manager will manage production and teams on a day-to-day basis. Working closely with the PM Sr and PM Jr, supervising the schedules and deliverables of each area to guarantee the efficient delivery of production.

Main tasks

- Responsible for the successful development of multiple low- to medium-complexity projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Facilitate project kickoff meetings providing accurate information, concise deliverables and clear expectations.
- Create and manage project scope documents and timetables/action plans
- Lead projects with cross-functional teams including technology, QA, User Experience, content, performance/analytics
- Interact and collaborate efficiently with clients and partners
- Identify project resource requirements and facilitate staffing
- Coordinate asset deliveries with partners, client and internal teams
- Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration

Required Experience

- 2-4 years’ experience in project management or service management within a professional services company
- Agency or client-side experience a plus
- MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook strongly preferred
- MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet) experience preferred
- Knowledge/familiarity with production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, Content Management Systems, etc.) preferred
- Knowledge/familiarity of the web and related technologies including (user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management and hosting) preferred
- Experience with digital campaigns
- Experience with project methodologies, including agile, hybrid, or waterfall preferred. PM Certified is a plus
- Verbal and written English skills
