Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Customer Care Associate to handle collections, retention, and sales across phone and live chat. This fully remote role focuses on turning inquiries into sales while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will manage past-due accounts, cancellations, and upsell opportunities, documenting all interactions in our CRM and ensuring accurate records. The schedule is ET, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.
