- High-Volume Phone Execution: Mastery of outbound cold/warm calling and direct phone selling — this is not an email-sequence role.
- Text Campaign & SMS Sales Fluency: Ability to draft, send, and manage high-converting outbound SMS messages that spark real conversations, not spam.
- High-End Value Selling: Comfort selling premium pricing (think $50k+/month quota mindset) by leading with quality, reliability, and white-glove service — not discounts. Role-Specific Skills:
- Personalized Voice Messaging:



Ability to leave custom, warm, non-robotic voice notes via phone/text that actually get callbacks.

What we're looking for
