About the Role

Kopius is seeking an experienced Senior Multimedia Designer to deliver high-quality B2B marketing content and experiences within the Digital Transformation Solutions industry.

As a senior, hands-on designer, you will own work end to end across both visual design and video production — from concept and motion design through 3D, editing, and sound — making heavy use of AI-generated imagery and video guided by strong prompting skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end design projects across visual/brand design and video production, owning deliverables from concept to final cut
- Translate customer use cases into engaging and effective video narratives
- Create high-fidelity storyboards with detailed planning of visuals, transitions, camera movement, motion graphics, and sound
- Generate and art-direct AI imagery and video, writing and refining prompts to produce on-brand, consistent results
- Showcase enterprise productivity products and experiences authentically within customer-story videos and stills
- Execute motion tracking and compositing to integrate live-action, AI-generated, 3D, and UI elements seamlessly
- Create, estimate, and track your own deliverables in Jira
- Partner with cross-functional team members across design, production, and stakeholder groups to align on creative direction and deadlines

Technical Requirements

- Senior-level experience as a multimedia designer, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant visual and video work
- Expertise in visual design, storyboarding, video editing, and UI animation
- Proficiency in 3D animation
- Proven sound design skills: music, mixing, and audio editing
- Experience creating UI walkthroughs, sizzle reels, hero stills, and PoC showcase videos
- Knowledge of color grading, VFX, motion tracking, and compositing
- UX/UI design experience
- Video & motion: Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- 3D & animation: Blender
- Visual design: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Sound: Adobe Audition
- AI tools: strong prompting skills with Claude, NanoBanana, Runway, Seedream, and Kling
- Collaboration: Jira, plus Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook)
