Client Success Manager – Credit Repair
Location: U.S. citizens may be living outside the U.S. / Domestic or LATAM
Type: Full-Time | Remote
We’re looking for a Client Success Manager with excellent communication skills, solid knowledge of US credit, and proven experience working directly with clients.
Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle client questions, concerns, and escalations
• Conduct follow-ups and proactively address retention risks
• Explain credit-related processes clearly and professionally
• Monitor client satisfaction and help improve retention
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up notes
Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong knowledge of US credit
• Experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
• Experience working with US clients
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
Preferred: Experience in credit repair, banking, lending, fintech,
or financial services.
