Excellent written English communication — this is a critical requirement. Strong verbal communication skills and confidence communicating with a remote team. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly recognize when something doesn't look right. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable handling exceptions rather than simply following instructions. Highly organized, reliable, and self-directed. Able to manage recurring daily responsibilities consistently without constant supervision. Comfortable working with software systems and learning new platforms quickly. Service Titan experience is a plus, but not required.HVAC industry experience is not required; we can teach the business context.
