Are you a versatile digital marketer looking to grow across different areas of marketing? Do you have some hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, but want to develop a broader skill set across digital marketing, analytics, content, and growth?

BrandBuilding.com is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support marketing initiatives across our portfolio of businesses.

This is not a purely paid media role. You’ll work across different areas of digital marketing while also supporting campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. We’re looking for someone curious, proactive, analytical, and excited to learn how different marketing channels work together.

Your responsibilities
• Support digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Assist with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct competitor, audience, keyword, and market research.
• Support content, social media, email, website, and eCommerce marketing projects.
• Analyze performance using GA4, ad platforms,



and internal dashboards.
• Prepare reports and turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Support testing across creative, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
• Help with general marketing projects and take on more ownership as you grow.

What we’re looking for
• Some previous digital marketing experience through an internship, freelance work, personal projects, agency, or in-house role.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
• A good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
• Comfortable working with data and common marketing KPIs.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• A proactive, curious, and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to work across different areas of marketing rather than specializing in one channel.

Nice to have
• Experience with eCommerce brands.
• Familiarity with GA4, Shopify, Google Merchant Center, email
