Partner Recruitment & Growth Specialist

PartnerLlama is a performance-based partnership agency and network helping brands grow through affiliates, creators, influencers, publishers, referral partners, lead generation and other performance partnerships.

We are looking for a Partner Recruitment & Growth Specialist based in LATAM to help us build and grow PartnerLlama's partner network.

You should have hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, creators and influencers, and know how to find, approach and activate different types of partners across DTC, SaaS and other verticals.

What You'll Do

• Recruit affiliates, creators, influencers, TikTok Shop creators, publishers, referral partners and lead-generation partners.
• Research and identify potential partners across social media, affiliate communities, websites and other channels.
• Reach out to potential partners through email, TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Build relationships and turn prospects into active partners.
• Match partners with relevant PartnerLlama programs and offers.




• Help launch and grow new partnership programs.
• Onboard and activate recruited partners.
• Track partner recruitment, activation and revenue.
• Test new ways to find and recruit high-quality partners.
• Help continuously expand the PartnerLlama partner network.

What We're Looking For

• Based in LATAM.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships or influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of the creator and affiliate ecosystem.
• Experience recruiting partners through outbound outreach.
• Existing relationships with creators, affiliates or influencers is a strong advantage.
• Excellent research and prospecting skills.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building.
• Commercial mindset—you care about active partners and revenue, not just signups.
• Highly proactive, independent and entrepreneurial.
