At Ghost Sherpa, we connect exceptional talent with the world's most exciting brands. Are you our next SEO/GEO Specialist?

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a freelance SEO/GEO Specialist to drive organic and AI-answer visibility. The focus isn't traffic — it's qualified, admittable inquiries: shifting high-traffic informational content toward admissions-intent pages, building payer/level-of-care content architecture, optimizing 7 Google Business Profiles, and positioning the brand as a cited source in AI-generated answers (GEO). Fully remote, with weekly reporting tied to admissions outcomes rather than vanity metrics.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 3+ years of Experience proven track record in technical SEO with hands-on experience in GEO / AI search visibility (LLM citation, structured/entity content)
• 3+ years of Experience working with Semrush, Screaming Frog, and GA4/Google Search Console
• 3+ years of Experience with local SEO and multi-location Google Business Profile optimization

• Experience with regulated industries (healthcare, legal, or financial services) — MUST
• Ability to build content and technical strategy around conversion intent, not just rankings.
• 3+ years of experience in agency environments US- based

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
• Vanguard company with US-based clients
• Competitive USD compensation
• Challenging, high-impact projects
• Growth opportunities within an innovative and collaborative environment

WORK SETUP
• Freelance Contractor
• Part time
• 10-20 hours per week (PST)
• Remote 100%
