The Investment Banking Analyst will support end-to-end execution of client transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A;) and capital-raising initiatives. This role involves preparing pitchbooks, conducting industry research, and coordinating with internal teams. The idóneo candidate is detail-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about finance and investment banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Execution Support — Work on M&A; transactions, precedent deals, private placements, and fundraising initiatives by preparing financial analyses, transaction summaries, and supporting documentation such as trading comparable multiples.
• Sell-Side Pitch Creation — Develop sell-side pitch materials to support client mandates, highlighting strategic opportunities and value propositions to potential investors and buyers.
• Pitchbook and Presentation Preparation — Prepare slides and assist senior team members in preparing high-quality presentation materials for client meetings, ensuring alignment with client objectives and strategic dialogue.




• Industry and Market Research — Conduct in-depth industry, market, and product research to monitor current events, valuation trends, key financial metrics, and competitive landscapes, providing actionable insights to clients and senior bankers.
• Business Development Support — Assist senior bankers in business development activities by preparing background materials and identifying potential opportunities for client engagement and pipeline growth.
• Project and Team Support — Assist in project coordination by facilitating communication between clients, advisory teams, and internal stakeholders. Support senior bankers in managing timelines, deliverables, and ensuring high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

Experience:
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate developmen
