Senior Product Designer (Discovery + AI) — Dynamo Tech

At Dynamo, we build DYNAMO Journeys, the platform used by Telco operators to communicate with 500M+ users. We work with enterprise clients such as Transparente, Tigo, MTN, and Altice, with operations across Latin America, Africa, and Europe.
We know how to build complex technology really well. Now we want to take a major step forward in user experience (UX) and in how we discover, shape, and model our products — and that’s where you come in.
Hybrid — Buenos Aires (1–2 days on-site per week) · Full-time

The roleWe’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead discovery and shape the experience of our products.
You’ll go out and listen to the market, turn what you learn into interactive prototypes, and push the Journeys experience forward — using AI tools to prototype quickly and effectively.
This is not a role focused on producing screens or executing requirements defined by someone else.
It’s a role centered on discovery, UX, and experience modeling: connecting customer needs, business goals, and technology.

You’ll work closely with our technical leadership and directly with the CEO, bringing a strong user and experience perspective into the product vision.

What you’ll do• Go out and listen: lead discovery with existing and potential customers to validate needs, hypotheses, and use cases.
• Model the solution — don’t just document it: turn your findings into interactive mockups or prototypes of the experience (UX/UI), leveraging AI tools to prototype quickly and thoughtfully. You’ll bring the technical team a tangible experience, not a requirements document.
• Design the end-to-end experience: information architecture, user flows, and interfaces across Journeys.
• Push AI forward: use AI as part of the way you work — to discover, prototype, and make decisions — and identify opportunities to evolve the product experience.
• Bring ideas to life with the team: work closely with Engineering, Data, and technical leade
