Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with at least 3 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience to join one of our clients remotely.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities, reconciling accounts, processing transactions, and supporting financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Record and categorize daily financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable




• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare invoices and track outstanding payments
• Maintain the general ledger and investigate discrepancies
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
• Process expenses and maintain supporting documentation
• Support payroll and other finance-related administrative tasks where required
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters
• Ensure financial records are organized, accurate, and compliant with company procedures
