Build and lead the recruiting operation behind a growing talent business.
We are hiring for a company that connects exceptional Latin American talent with growing U.S. companies. We're growing through referrals and repeat business, and we're now looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to help us scale how we recruit and deliver talent.
You'll oversee our recruiters, improve our recruiting workflows, and make sure every search moves efficiently from sourcing to candidate presentation.
What you'll do
- Lead and support our recruiters and sourcers across multiple searches.
- Monitor pipeline health, recruiter capacity, and search progress.
- Establish practical recruiting processes, standards, and metrics.
- Improve sourcing and screening strategies across different types of roles.
- Help organize and optimize our ATS/CRM and recruiting tools.
- Identify bottlenecks and turn successful recruiting practices into repeatable processes.
- Coach the team and step into searches when needed.
- Partner with leadership to continuously improve our TA operation.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or recruiting operations.
- Previous experience as a recruiter, ideally with experience leading or mentoring recruiters.
- Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, pipelines, and recruiting metrics.
- Experience managing multiple searches at the same time.
- Experience with an ATS/CRM such as Recruit CRM, Greenhouse, Ashby, Workable, Lever, or similar.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working hands-on.
You'll stand out if you have:
- Staffing or recruitment agency experience.
- Experience building or improving recruiting processes.
- Experience recruiting across LATAM or internationally.
- Experience with recruiting automation or AI tools.
