About the Role

The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and delivering multiple video assets per week in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role focuses on creating, versioning, and adapting ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms.

You will follow creative briefs while applying performance best practices to strengthen pacing, clarity, and hooks. This role requires quick iteration based on feedback and performance data, strong organizational skills, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality.

Strong English and Spanish proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities




- Edit and deliver multiple video assets per week in a fast-paced environment.
- Create, version, and adapt ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms.
- Follow creative briefs as directed, while applying performance best practices to strengthen pacing, clarity, and hooks when needed.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance-driven revisions.
- Maintain clean, organized project files, naming conventions, and export standards.
- Use AI-assisted tools where appropriate to improve speed and output quality.
- Make sound creative decisions to keep projects moving when direction is unavailable.

Qualifications
- Strong English and Spanish proficiency (written and verbal)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Prior experience creating paid performance ads (not only organic or brand edits).
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple assets simultaneously.
