Your Role:
The Tracking Specialist is a key member of the agency's Data and Analytics team, owning the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture that everything downstream depends on. You'll implement tracking via Google Tag Manager,
troubleshoot setup issues across every paid ad platform the agency runs, and make sure data collection from client websites is airtight, from the first click through to CRM entry. Reporting to the Data and Analytics Manager, you're joining at a pivotal moment — the agency is scaling its roster of education and nonprofit partners, and this role is instrumental in evolving the tracking workflow that keeps every campaign measurable and every report trustworthy.
You’ll:
- Own tag management & deployment — deploy, configure, and maintain pixels, tags, and scripts in Google Tag Manager (native templates and Custom HTML); build and maintain data layers with the Web Services team; manage GTM container structure, triggers, and variables across a multi-client environment; implement server-side tagging where it improves measurement accuracy and durability
