Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients regarding booking needs and preferences

- Assist with coordinating reservations and confirmations
- Review booking information for accuracy and completeness
- Provide clients with confirmations, updates, and important details
- Assist with changes, adjustments, and special requests
- Maintain accurate client and booking records
- Follow up on pending requests and required information
- Communicate with service providers when necessary
- Provide professional support throughout the booking process
