This fully remote role focuses on sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social networks, and Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms.
You will work with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs, maintain candidate communications, build talent pipelines, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
