We’re looking for a Dev Trainee to join our engineering team. This is a learning-first position where you’ll get hands‑on experience contributing to real features across our stack — from building UI components to writing backend endpoints. You’ll be mentored by experienced engineers and gradually take on more ownership as you grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building frontend features using React / React Native, with guidance from senior engineers.
- Contribute to backend APIs using Node.js (NestJS or ExpressJS), and get familiar with databases like PostgreSQL.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Test, debug, and document your code thoroughly.
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to understand user needs and turn them into features.

What We’re Looking For
- Some exposure to frontend frameworks like React or React Native.

- Eagerness to learn about backend technologies, APIs, and databases.
- Passion for coding, curiosity to explore, and openness to feedback.
- Strong communication and willingness to collaborate in a team environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with Git or GitHub workflows.
- Experience with personal or academic projects using web/mobile technologies.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs or SQL basics.

What We Offer
- A structured mentorship program with clear learning goals.
- Opportunities to grow into a full‑time developer role.
- A supportive environment where questions are encouraged and learning is celebrated.
