Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across the Americas in a fully remote role. You will coordinate with hiring teams, source candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience across multiple client accounts.
You’ll manage several requisitions, leverage ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, or Greenhouse, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure fair, inclusive selection.
