Atomic HR is seeking a Tracking Specialist to join its Data & Analytics team. You will own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture, implementing tracking via GTM, debugging issues across ad platforms, and ensuring airtight data collection from first click to CRM entry.
You will lead tag management, QA, and cross-team documentation while supporting conversion tracking across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
