Senior Bookkeeper - General Application (Argentina-Based Candidates Only)
Remote (Argentina) Full Time Accounting & Finance
What we are looking for
We are seeking a remote Senior Bookkeeper with significant real estate accounting and Client facing experience leveraging AppFolio and/or Yardi. In this position you will be the main contact for our Clients, help oversee & manage the monthly bookkeeping, and ensure accuracy across a portfolio of Clients.
Job duties
- Timely client communication
- Collaborate with Bookkeepers and the Client Success Director (CSD) on the team
- Complete bank reconciliations, accounts payables, and accounts receivables
- Assist with month-end close and report generation
- New property set up, move-outs, owner draws, management fees
- Ensure monthly deadlines are achieved

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years experience working with AppFolio and/or Yardi (mandatory)
- 2+ years overall experience in real estate accounting/finance,



ideally at an accounting firm working on real estate clients or directly at a real estate investment/development company
- Able to lead Client meetings
- Knowledge about recording purchases, dispositions, refinancing, capitalization of costs throughout real estate development, and rental property income statements
- Passion for real estate, perfect books and providing business insights to clients
- Strong English verbal and written skills as you will be one of the points of contact for the clients
- Able to hit deadlines while staying calm under pressure
- Extremely detail and process oriented - you strive in creating organization
- Proficient with communication and collaboration tools (Slack, Clickup, Workspace)
