Your Role





This is lead generation pointed at people instead of customers. You'll work across many different roles and industries, and every search starts with two questions: who is this person, and what would actually make them reply? If you've done lead gen or marketing, it's the same muscle you already have. You research an audience and write messages that convert, except here a conversion is a great candidate writing back.

A lot of what you'll source for is marketing and creative work: creative strategists, paid media, performance, growth, and data roles. So if you come from a marketing or agency world, you already understand the people you're reaching and what they care about. You figure out where the right people are, write the outreach, post the role so the right people see it, and improve based on what actually gets responses.
