AvantStay is seeking a versatile operator to join Central Operations, driving process optimization, KPIs, and SOPs across Owners, Guests, and internal teams. You will lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to implementation in a fast-growing hospitality tech environment.
You will analyze data, build KPIs, and own end-to-end projects with AI/automation as a multiplier. Adaptable, remote work outside the US; ~40 hours/week, Mon-Fri US business hours.
