Every one of those facilities needs reliable, skilled Data Center Technicians (DCTs) who can execute Smart Hands and Remote Hands work to our standard. The quality of our DCT pool is the single biggest factor determining whether clients stay or leave.

As DCT Recruitment Specialist for the Asia-Pacific — covering India, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Oceania , your job is to build and maintain a world-class DCT pool in your region. You are not a generic recruiter — you need to deeply understand what makes a great datacenter technician . You know the difference between someone who can rack a server properly and someone who will strip a screw on the first try.
